Carmen joined the Healthcare industry 29 years ago, always keeping her feet firmly on independent turf working as an independent Intermediary.
Carmen founded C&C Healthcare with Co Director Paul Lewis in 2014, after previously working together for a national Brokerage. Both felt it was the right time to take their knowledge and experience to a new venture, focusing on building personal, lasting relationships with clients.
Carmen moved across the border to Scotland almost 4 years ago, so now covers the North West of England, Cumbria & Scotland.
In her spare time Carmen enjoys time out with family, friends and her dog in the beautiful Scottish Borders – as her colleagues know however, weather permitting of course in Scotland! She is also partial to the odd jaunt overseas when not working.
